VMWare Server 2 で USB がマウントできない

Guest 側の Windows で USB メモリとかがマウントできない。以下のメッセージが出る。

Remote USB device error: 

Remote device disconnected: an error occured while sending data.

以下を Host 側の /etc/fstab に記述すれば改善する。
